Challenge
Jouwzon aimed to expand their customer base and scale up for growth but chose not to manage lead generation themselves, as it was too time-consuming. Instead, they wanted to focus on their core activities.
Strategy
Before implementing various approaches, we spoke with clients to understand the challenges people face when purchasing construction projects and real estate development. Using these insights, we designed a landing page aligned with the client’s brand, focusing on conversions rather than design, to capture potential customers' interest. By adding an extra open-ended question on the form, we created a filter that increased lead quality, ensuring prospects who left their contact information were better qualified and more likely to convert.
Solution
We developed a unique plan to reach the highest possible number of high-quality potential customers. This 3-month collaboration resulted in an impressive 308 valuable leads for Build Group, significantly contributing to the growth of the company's customer base, with 29 of them becoming customers. With a total budget of €4,940.35, the cost per customer was €170.36.
