We decided to highlight the attractive salary, growth opportunities, and job freedom, directing potential employees to a landing page for more information. The landing page, aligned with the client's branding, prioritizes conversion over design by encouraging visitors to leave their details. To ensure higher-quality leads, we included an open-ended question, adding a filter for better qualification.

Solution

In a successful partnership with Unique Solar, we generated 92 applicants and secured 6 new placements within a month, all on a budget of €1,500. The cost per applicant was just €16.30, and the cost per placement was €250.
