Snel Projectservice is a staffing agency that provides temporary personnel for short-term periods in various industries, such as hospitality, events, and construction.
Challenge
Snel Projectservice struggled to find new clients looking for candidates. Since they had plenty of candidates, the focus was on finding restaurants, construction companies, and event organizers with a shortage of staff.
Strategy
We initially tested six different ads to determine which target audience would respond best, focusing on specific pain points for each group. After finding that restaurants reacted most positively, we continued developing new ads to engage them with fresh content. The landing page, designed with the client’s branding in mind, aimed to capture and filter leads by prompting visitors to leave their contact details. We added an open-ended question about staffing needs to further qualify leads, improving their quality and increasing the likelihood of conversion.
Solution
In the first weeks, we immediately conducted a split test across all three industries (three different campaigns) to determine which campaign delivered the best results. After the first week, we focused the campaign on hospitality businesses. This led to the generation of 54 leads in the first month, resulting in 5 new customers.
