Challenge
Aroma Club's sales department had to constantly search for their own leads, which took up a significant amount of time, so they wanted a more efficient solution.
Strategy
Since Aroma Club focuses on two target audiences (SMEs and the hospitality industry), we decided to launch two campaigns with different approaches: hospitality entrepreneurs can be triggered differently than SME entrepreneurs. Additionally, we continued testing with new ads within the SME segment. Next to this is an example of a hospitality ad we used. The landing page we created aligned with the client's brand and aimed to both capture and filter leads. Prospects could leave their contact details and the number of employees, allowing the sales team to prioritize larger, more valuable leads for follow-up.
Solution
We developed a unique proposition for Aroma Club, combined it with an optimized funnel and targeted ads, and successfully generated 55 leads, resulting in 8 new companies becoming customers. With a total budget of €1.313,24, the cost per customer came to €164.16, while a business customer easily generates €3000+ for Aroma Club.
